Govt doesn’t want to take sides since Israel is helping in rescue of Indians abducted in Iraq

Defaulters of bank loans may soon find their photographs published in newspapers. Supreme Court has finally permitted financial institutions to make public identity of willful defaulters in the larger public interest. This, the court said, would create awareness and caution prospective clients. It, however, added a word of caution and said the decision to resort to such measures have to be taken at a senior level official by an officer not below the rank of General Manager of the bank.
