Misplacing a minister

A BJP general secretary faced the wrath of a top Cabinet minister for changing the venue of his meeting at the last minute without informing him. The grapevine has it that the general secretary told the minister he was running the party and refused to restore the original venue. What’s last heard is that the top BJP leadership spoke to the senior minister, apologising for the supposed misbehaviour by the party functionary. Government before party.
