`2.51 cr cash, 83,067 litres of liquor seized

As part of its drive to curb misuse of money power in the ongoing state assembly poll, flying squad, static surveillance team and others have so far seized `2.51 crore unaccounted cash besides 83,067 litres of illicit countrymade and foreign liquor worth `1.34 crore from areas in nine Bihar districts going to the polls in fifth and final phase on November 5, additional chief electoral officer R Lakshmanan told reporters here.
