It’s serious and funny reading

Manas Chakravarty’s article While waiting for the election results in Bihar … (Loose Canon, November 8) is a treatise on political theory and philosophy. Though political scientists would recommend it as a piece of compulsory reading for students doing their PhD on the subject, the common reader will enjoy for its embedded humour.
