Parra wanted to kill one person from Behror and another from Haryana over gang rivalry, while Dholia targeted a person in Behror over enmity during panchayat elections last year.

Parra told police that Ghanshyam Ag arwal, the deceased trader, had purchased a plot of land and had asked Parra to help him take possession in return of ` 2 lakh. However, Agarwal paid only ` 20,000 to Parra after taking possession.

Thereafter, Parra, accompanied by Dholia, shot him while he was sitting in his shop on March 4 evening.

The murder had triggered huge protests by traders in Behror against deteriorating law and order situation.
