Scholarships to study in Australia, work in Japan
The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), government of Japan, is offering internships to up to 100 interns (around 30 will be international students already in Japan) to get work experience in privatesector companies, industry associations, and non-profit corporations in Japan.
This is a paid internship programme. Application deadline is June 30, 2016. The internship period is September 27 to December 21 or October 14 to December 28. This programme offers applicants an opportunity to get workplace experience and hone their skills and not actual employment.
Candidates will be selected based on the application content, aptitude and experience. Selection will be done through document screening, primary interview (native language/ English/Japanese), and secondary interview (Japanese/ English).
After interviews are complete, various certificates (university qualifications, language skills, etc), letters of recommendation, photographs, documents required for the visa, medical questionnaire etc have to be submitted individually.

The University of Adelaide, Australia, is offering a scholarship programme for international students in undergraduate studies. The selection process is competitive, with academic achievement forming the main basis for scholarship selection.
The scholarship provides a waiver of 25% of the annual tuition fee for each year of the programme for the full duration of the programme, up to a maximum of four years.
