Law panel invites inputs on rules for practising law
Tasked with reviewing the laws regulating the legal profession in India, the Law Commission has asked various bar bodies for suggestions on the issue in the next one month. The Law Commission, which advises government on complex legal issues, said pursuant to the top court’s order it has “undertaken the study and requests the Bar Council of India and all State Bar Councils, Bar Association of the SC... Advocates Associations’ in the HCs send their comments within 30 days”.
