JULY 15 Family meet the SSP for second time with same request

JULY 26– Family counsel moves a Miscellane­ous petition for MTP in the court of ACM-2

JULY 27- Appeal declined by lower court

AUG 2- Received the attested copy of the by court’s order declining appeal.

AUG 3-Files revision petition in fast track court (rape)

AUG 17-Appeal declined by the fast track court

AUG 22 Receives the attested copy of the fast track court’s order

AUG 23 File revision petition in High court

AUG 29 HC deposes appeal directs CMO to look into the matter

SEPT 3 Family approaches CMO, s office who decline their appeal

SEPT 5 Rape survivor and her father meets DM who orders the CMO to look into the matter.

SEPT 6 Rape survivor and her father reaches hospital for medical review of pregnancy. Asked to return on Thursday as CMO remains busy with tehsil diwas.
