Model lesson plan contest for govt teachers
The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) is organising a first-of-its-kind state-level ‘model lesson plan’ competition for teachers at around 1.60 lakh government-run primary and upper primary schools.
The winners will be awarded certificates of excellence and mementos.
The award-winning lesson plan will be published as booklets and uploaded on the official website of the UP Basic Education Board so that teachers may download and implement them in their classrooms.
The contest is a part of the initiatives taken by the Yogi Adityanath government to improve facilities and quality of education at government primary schools.
