YOGI ANNOUNCES FINANCIAL AID TO SLAIN UP SOLDIERS’ FAMILIES
LUCKNOW: Chief minister Yogi Adityanath announced financial assistance of ₹25 lakh each to the families of the three CRPF personnel from UP who were killed in the encounter with naxalites in Sukma. Of this, ₹20 lakh would be given to the widows while ₹5 lakh will be given to their parents. It may be noted that, Manoj Singh of Ballia, Shobhit Kumar Sharma of Ghaziabad and Dharmendra Singh of Mau district were killed in the encounter. Yogi also asked ministers in-charge of respective districts to visit the residences of the slain soldiers and talk to the bereaved families.
