Temperature drops in Himachal after snowfall

SHIMLA: Tribal Lahaul and Spiti districts of Himachal Pradesh on Friday received fresh bout of snow resulting in a drop in temperature . Rohtang pass recorded 1 ft snowfall while other areas Koksar and Marhi recorded 5 inch snowfall each. Vehicles have been stopped at Gulaba as the snowfall was continued. Other parts of the state received, light to moderate rains accompanied by hails, thunderstorm. High Velocity winds swept the state capital town Shimla, that lowered the day temperature to 21° C.
