EXPANSION OF YOGI MINISTRY LIKELY AFTER K’TAKA RESULTS

LUCKNOW: Expansion of the Yogi Adityanath ministry is likely after Karnataka election results on May 16, BJP leaders indicated after party chief Amit Shah’s meeting with party leaders in Lucknow on Saturday. Shah visit coincided with the arrival of BJP national general secretary (organisation) Ram Lal to Lucknow, lending credence to the buzz on ministry expansion soon though the exact date is still unclear. He also met several UP ministers in Lucknow and Delhi over the past few weeks amid indications that some ministers might be sent to the organisation. Meanwhile, Shah also met Varanasi district magistrate Yogeshwar Ram to take feedback about development work in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Lok Sabha constituency.
