Lucknow percussionist to perform in Hong Kong

LUCKNOW : Tanmay Raj Mukherjee, a Lucknow-based percussionist and drummer, who has worked for Bollywood and participated in various reality shows, has been invited to perform at the Asian Percussionists Series Concert 2019 in Hong Kong from Feb 13 to 18.

Representing India, he would be performing the Indian style fusion solo at the event. Mukherjee has mentored over 5OO students who were trained on the drums. “Recently, I conducted UP’s first drum circle performance with around 250 children from the city who played the drums together,” said Mukherjee.
