‘Increase budget for scholarship’

Quality education is still a distant dream for many in our country. Though government provides scholarships that help students pursue education, many eligible students don’t get it due to the flawed system of scholarship distribution. The government must make a policy for scholarship, strictly on the basis of financial condition and qualification of students.

There must be strict adherence to the criteria to ensure that eligible students get the scholarship. The government must also increase budget for scholarship and set up new educational institutions so that education is not limited to a privileged few. Janhvi Bharadwaj, student
