TRAINING WORKSHOP ON ENERGY EFFICIENCY FINANCING
LUCKNOW : A two-day training workshop on ‘Energy Efficiency Financing’ for financial institutions/banks concluded here on Friday, with distribution of prizes to quiz winners and certificates to all the participants. Sushil Kumar Patel (IAS), director UP NEDA, inaugurated the training programme organised by UP NEDA in association with Bureau of Energy efficiency (BEE) on Thursday . In his inaugural address Patel mentioned that energy efficiency measures had three-fold benefit: they were cost effective, increased energy security and mitigated greenhouse gas emission.
