WORKSHOP ON POCSO AT CMS

LUCKNOW : A workshop on Child Protection and Protection of Children from Sexual Offense (POCSO) Act was organised on Thursday at CMS Rajendra Nagar Campus I, in which around 80 CMS van drivers, bus drivers, bus cleaners, rickshaw pullers and private van operators actively participated. The workshop was conducted by Rooma Bal from the CMS head office who explained the meaning of child protection and the need for cooperation and coordination in this regard. Roshan Gandhi said that such workshops are immensely useful in the wake of growing crime against children, the victims often being innocent school children.
