To make the ride less time consuming and congestion free, Bengalurubased firm, Rapido Bike, has officially launched its operations in Lucknow. They launched operations with a road safety bike rally in association with the RTO.
According to city head for Rapido, Sachin, base fare for the service is ₹15 and then the customer is charged ₹3/km. The organisation claims the fare to be cheapest than other such service providers. He said, “The concept is based on providing economical, convenient and high-quality transport facilities for solo commuters, especially, those who need to travel far or have to get somewhere quickly.” Sachin said Rapido also created employment opportunities and currently, several Rapido Bikers earn up to Rs 20,000 a month. One can easily download the Rapido mobile app, register their details and is all set to book.
