MUKUL ROY CAN’T BE ARRESTED TILL MARCH 7, SAYS HC

KOLKATA: The Calcutta high court Wednesday directed the West Bengal police to not arrest BJP leader Mukul Roy till March 7 in connection with the killing of Trinamool Congress MLA Satyajit Biswas. Krishnaganj TMC MLA, Satyajit Biswas, was shot dead at close range on February 9. Four people including Mukul Roy, who is accused of being a conspirator, were named in the FIR. The bench also debarred Roy from entering Nadia district till March 5.
