SRINAGAR:Former J&K chief minister and Peoples Democratic Party president, Mehbooba Mufti on Wednesday said the central government was disempowering the Muslims of the state.

Mufti accused the Centre of making the J&K governor grant a division status to Ladakh. “Our state is a Muslim majority state and any decision taken here should be taken while keeping in mind sentiments of all the communities not by taking the selective decisions,” she said.
