The PM took a dig at the Cong’s loan waivers in Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan, saying, “We do not believe in loan waiver. Instead, we are trying to strengthen farmers.” Modi also launched the country’s first State Consolidated Cooperative Development Project worth ₹3,400 crore.
