Priyanka calls party’s B’khand workers for meeting in Delhi
LUCKNOW: Congress general secretary (east UP) Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has called the party workers of Bundelkhand’s three Lok Sabha constituencies, Jhansi, Hamirpur and Jalaun, for an interactive session in New Delhi on February 18.
“Yes, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has called (party) workers of Jhansi, Hamirpur and Jalaun for an interactive discussion at New Delhi. Workers from these seats could not meet Priyankaji during her four-day stay in Lucknow,” said a senior party leader.
Meanwhile, Priyanka’s programme to tour the state is still being finalised. Congress workers in Prayagraj, Gorakhpur and Varanasi hope the first phase of her tour may begin from their respective areas.
