New Boys Treto Club in football league final
LUCKNOW : New Boys Treto Club stormed into the final of the District Football League-2019, registering a thrilling 4-3 win via tiebreak against Ex-Students Club, at the Chowk Stadium here on Tuesday.
The two teams were locked in 1-1 draw at the end of the regulation time. Defending champions Sahara Estates Club will take on Sports College in the second semi-final on Wednesday.

Uttar Pradesh’s Vinod Kumar won a gold medal in the 85 kg of individual contact event as the Indian jujutsu team bagged three gold, two silver, three bronzes, marking a spectacular performance at the Jujutsu Thailand Open Grand Prix-2019 in Thailand.
UNDER-16 MATCHES
The Under-16 Inter-Zonal trial matches begin on August 19 at the Atal Bihari Vajpayee International Cricket Stadium here and two other venues in the state capital.
Cricket Association Lucknow’s secretary, KM Khan informed that Lucknow Red, Lucknow Blue, Bahraich XI and Bareilly Zone would be four teams to participate in the event, which would be played on league basis till August 21.
