UP MLA LAUNCHES WEB PORTAL TO HELP STRANDED MIGRANTS

BAHRAICH:: BJP MLA (Bahraich) and former basic education minister Anupma Jaiswal has got an easy online portal link prepared for collecting information about the people of Bahraich stranded in different parts of the country due to the ongoing lockdown. “More than 900 people have provided their details through the link till yet,” Anupma said. The information collected at the MLA’s office was being provided to the nodal officers of other states and a copy of the information is also be shared with the CM office. The MLA said the initiative was taken up following chief minister Yogi Adityanath’s instructions for bringing back migrant workers of Uttar Pradesh stranded in other states.
