Shrinet is new UPPSC chairman

LUCKNOW: The state government on Sunday appointed 1993 batch Indian Revenue Service officer, Sanjay Shrinet as the new chairman of the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC). A state government spokesperson said, Shrinet served on a senior post in the Enforcement Directorate, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence and Indian High Commission in Britain. During his tenure, he worked out several cases of economic offence and corruption, attached the properties of offenders and recovered penalties as well. He has been felicitated by the President for meritorious service during the Republic Day ceremony in 2010.
