Priyanka discusses strategy for relief to people in Covid fight
Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Wednesday discussed a strategy with senior party leaders of west UP to provide relief to people of the state amid the fight against Covid-19.
Party leaders from Saharanpur, Shamli, Muzaffarnagar, Bijnor and Bulandshahr were among those privy to the discussion.
Earlier in a tweet, Priyanka pointed out that India was among the largest oxygen producing countries and yet the state of affairs was shameful.
“Shameful state of affairs. One of the largest oxygen producing countries in the world is being forced to import as its leadership fails to deliver oxygen to its own despairing citizens. Why did they double exports in the middle of the pandemic in 2020?” she said.
