Prayagraj gets 17 MT oxygen from Bokaro

PRAYAGRAJ : In a big relief to people facing shortage of oxygen here, 17 metric tonnes (MT) of liquid medical oxygen (LMO) reached Sangam city from Bokaro in Jharkhand on Monday. The district administration has arranged the LMO to meet out the shortage here. ACMO Dr VK Mishra said efforts were also on to ensure that the city got more such supply in days to come. Besides, starting of production of oxygen at another private plant in the city from Tuesday will also bring more relief for the patients.
