Youth shot at over poll enmity

PRAYAGRAJ: A 26-year-old youth Nitesh Kumar was allegedly shot at and injured over panchayat poll enmity in Nawabganj area of transGanga here on Monday morning. The injured youth was admitted to a hospital and the accused was arrested, police said. SP trans-Ganga Dhawal Jaiswal said Nitesh had tested positive for Sars-CoV-2 virus and was shifted to corona ward.
