Woman held with gold worth ₹62 lakh at Lucknow airport
LUCKNOW: Customs officers seized 1.259 kilogram gold worth ₹62 lakh from a woman passenger flying from Dubai (flight no FZ-8325) to Lucknow at Chaudhary Charan Singh airport on Tuesday. “A packet of transparent cellophane with a gold plate was found kept in her undergarments. The officers seized the recovered gold and arrested the passenger, said deputy commissioner, customs, Lucknow airport, Niharika Lakha.
