Lucknow Bench will remain close for one day on April 29 (Thursday) to mourn the untimely demise of Justice Srivastava and as a mark of respect to the departed soul.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has expressed condolences over the death of Justice Srivastava. The CM has prayed for peace of departed soul. The chief minister also expressed his condolences on the demise of MLA Kesar Singh. In his message to the family members of Singh, the chief minister prayed for peace of departed soul.
