Low tests suppressing Delhi’s case curve: Data

Over the past week, new infections of Covid-19 in Delhi appear to have started to drop. So, does this mean Delhi’s cases have peaked? A closer look at the numbers reveals that reduced Covid-19 testing appears to have artificially induced what appears to be a peak in Delhi’s Covid curve.
