Yogi recovers from Covid, ventures out
LUCKNOW: Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath announced that he has tested negative to Covid-19, on Friday.
On April 13, he had announced his Covid positive status and that he was isolating himself (at his official residence in Lucknow).
In a tweet in Hindi on Friday, the chief minister wrote: “Due to your good wishes and doctors’ care, I have tested negative for Coronavirus. I thank you all for your cooperation and good wishes.”
Since April 13 he had been working virtually.
In the afternoon, Yogi went to Awadh Shilpgram and inspected arrangements at the Covid hospital created there by the Defence Research and Development Organisation.
