SCHOOL OWNER IN LUCKNOW OFFERS BUILDING FOR COVID FACILITY
A school management in Lucknow has offered one of its buildings to be turned into a makeshift level-2 and level-3 Covid facility. The management has also suggested that a portion of the same building can be used as Covid vaccination centre.
Anil Agarwal, managing director, St Joseph Group of Institutions, Lucknow, in a letter to defence minister Rajnath Singh dated April 30, said, “As a small gesture of my support for your untiring effort in providing proper medical facility to the residents of Lucknow in this pandemic, I am offering the school building infrastructure situated at Sector-B, Priyadarshini Yojana, Sitapur Road, Lucknow for being utilised for setting up of L2 L3 Covid hospital of approximately 60 beds.”
“We are ready to provide the building infrastructure ,” Agarwal said in the letter while lauding Singh’s efforts in setting up two makeshift Covid hospitals in Lucknow.
