GET REFUND ON COMMUNITY CENTRES BOOKING CANCELLATION
LUCKNOW: The Housing Development Board has decided not to forfeit fee if anyone cancels booking of its community centres this month. It will return the entire fee after deducting goods and services tax (GST). Ajay Chauhan, commissioner, Housing Board, confirmed it.
The board, which has community centres across the state, took the decision after several people approached it for cancelling bookings for various functions, including marriages, this month. However, those wanting to cancel the booking will have to do so before the booking date (of the event). If cancellation is done after expiry of the booking date, fee will not be returned.
