HCBA for interim bail to undertrials

PRAYAGRAJ: The Allahabad High Court Bar Association (HCBA) has demanded the acting chief justice of the

Allahabad high court to prepone summer vacations and also grant interim bail to undertrials. Citing reasons for their demand for interim bails, the HCBA resolution said, “In case interim bail is granted for a fixed period, the same will result in saving many human lives of not only the undertrials but also our judicial staff,” said the resolution passed on May 1.
