LUCKNOW : The number of new Covid-19 cases fell below 3,000, as 2,407 people tested positive in the state capital, on Tuesday. The city recorded 22 deaths in the last 24 hours taking the total death tally to 1,905, even as 5,079 patients were discharged from various hospitals in the same period. The number of positive cases has dropped to 33,689 in the state capital. Till now, 1,81,215 people have recovered in Lucknow. However, Kanpur city reported the maximum number of deaths in UP: 66.
