Yogi: Stick to curfew norms while following religious activities
LUCKNOW : Chief minister Yogi Adityanath said on Thursday appealed to the people to follow their religious traditions while adhering to the Corona curfew norms in the state. His appeal came a day before the Alvida namaaz (last Friday prayers of the month of Ramzan).
Yogi asked the administrative officers to have a dialogue with the religious heads and coordinate with them on this.
The chief minister was reviewing the Covid-19 situation in the state in a meeting with Team-9,
He said Corona curfew should be implemented effectively but at the same time movement of people for essential items such as milk and medicines should be allowed. He said cops should help people get essential items.
He said the Prayagraj district administration had already begun community kitchen for free food distribution to the needy such as labouerers, daily wagers, street vendors etc during the Corona curfew and other districts too should follow suit.
