RANI JHANDI DIES OF COVID

LUCKNOW : Rani Alka Singh, 45, the wife of Raj Rajeshwar Singh of the erstwhile Jhandi state, succumbed to Covid at Apollomedics Hospital here on Friday. She came from a family which donated Jhandi Park to Lucknow city. Her husband’s grandfather had donated Jhandi Park to Harcourt Butler, the first governor of United Provinces of Agra and Oudh.
