Putin moves to pull Russia out of Open Skies pact

MOSCOW: Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday moved to withdraw from the Open Skies treaty already abandoned by the US, which allows unarmed surveillance flights over member countries. The Kremlin sent a bill to the lower house of parliament.
