ASST BANK MANAGER HELD FOR BLACK MARKETING REMDESIVIR
LUCKNOW: An assistant manager of a nationalised bank was arrested for selling remdesivir injections at exorbitant rates at the engineering college intersection under Madiaon police station limits here on Tuesday midnight, said senior police officials on Wednesday. The police recovered 12 vials of the injection from his possession and booked him under different charges. A police official said the accused was identified as Banke Bihari, assistant manager in Patrakarpuram branch of the bank. Inspector of Madiaon PS, Manoj Singh said the accused was nabbed after one of the patient’s attendants informed the police.
