RLD to name Ajit’s successor on May 25

LUCKNOW: Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) national vicepresident Jayant Chaudhary is all set to head the party after the death of his father and party’s founder president Chaudhary Ajit Singh, who succumbed to Covid-19 on May 6. The party has convened a virtual meeting on May 25 to name the successor to Singh, said RLD national general secretary Trilok Tyagi said in a statement.
