THE PROCESS

Step 1: The nine-step process starts with the attendant getting the patient’s prescription with reports, which include (Xray and microbiology). Step 2: Attendant will have to get a cover letter with the prescription to be submitted to the commissioner’s office. Step 3: The file will be marked by the commissioner to ‘AD, health office’ in (Aliganj). Step 4: The file will be marked by ‘Additional Director, Medical Health & Family Welfare, Lucknow’ to the KGMU-MS office. Step 5: The file will be marked by Dr D Himanshu - KGMU to the commissioner’s office. Step 6: The letter drafted would be signed by the commissioner and the file will go to the Red Cross Society office .

Step 7: The patient’s attendant will go to the Red Cross Society.

Step 8: The attendant will deposit medicine amount to the Red Cross Society office.

Step 9: The medicine would be received by patient’s attendant’s on showing Aadhaar card.
