SIT registers 6 FIRs for anomalies in recruitment on 2,324 posts
The special investigation team (SIT) of the Uttar Pradesh police has registered six FIRs in cases related to alleged anomalies in the recruitment on 2,324 posts of different ranks in UP cooperative department.
The officials said the FIRs had been registered on the basis of evidence collected during the inquiry conducted by the SIT for alleged anomalies in the recruitments held between 2012 and 2017. A senior police official said, the alleged anomalies were done in the recruitment for different posts of managers, deputy managers, assistant managers, branch assistance (accounts), assistant field officers, assistant managers and clerks. He said the chairman of service board Ram Jatan Yadav and computer agency operator Ram Parvesh Yadav were made accused in five of the six FIRs registered while one separate FIR was registered for the anomalies in ware housing corporation in which its the then chairman Onkar Yadav and the then secretary Bhupendra Yadav were made accused along with other staff and personnel.
