Azam continues to be critical

The condition of veteran Samajwadi party leader Azam Khan (72) remains critical. His kidneys have been affected. Besides he has fibrosis and cavity in his lungs. He is presently in Intensive care unit of critical care medicine department and on 5-litre per minute oxygen support, said director of Lucknow Medanta hospital Dr Rakesh Kapoor. He was admitted in Medanta hospital on May 9 after he was tested Covid positive.
