Students capture myriad colours of UP!
Lucknow University student Nishat Fatima won the ‘Colours of Uttar Pradesh’ photography competition organised by Amity University, recently. Around
300 photography enthusiasts from across the state participated in the online competition conducted by digital club of Amity School of Communication, Lucknow.
Winner Nishat was followed by Parichay Jain and Mohd Asif Rehan both from Amity for second and third spot. Syeda Saz Fatima from La Martiniere Girls College and Saanvi Singh from Seth MR Jaipuria School won the special mention.
The competition was judged by a senior photojournalist. The online photography competition was held for school and college students from across the state. They had to capture various colours of the state, which is rich is culture, geography and diversity.
The young participants beautifully clicked the rich heritage of the state which was shortlisted by Arpita Singh and later by the guest judge. The media partners of the event were Knocksense and Fever FM.
