KGMU gets eSanjeevani award

LUCKNOW: King George’s Medical University KGMU was awarded e-Sanjeevani Flag Bearer Award on Friday for providing the maximum number of teleconsultations in the country. A medical officer in Telemedicine unit of the KGMU received commendation certificate. The award was presented on the occasion of the 33rd foundation day of C-DAC for providing the highest number of teleconsultations across the country. According to Dr. Sheetal Verma, nodal officer in-charge, Telemedicine, medical officers provide consultations to around 1500 patients per day.
