Putin looking to improve ties with US president

MOSCOW: Russian President Vladimir Putin is hoping to improve ties with the US when he holds a summit with President Joe Biden in Geneva on June 16. “We need to find ways to regularise these relations,” Putin told a forum, adding that bilateral ties are currently at a “low level”.
