FIR against 2 for misuse, theft of Remdesivir

LUCKNOW : An FIR was lodged against two persons at Wazirganj police station on the complaint of KGMU authorities for alleged misuse, theft of Remdesivir injections on Saturday. ACP Chowk IP Singh said, “FIR was lodged against Saurabh and Dipanshu on the complaint of KGMU authorities.” Both Saurabh and Dipanshu were ad hoc staff at KGMU. An internal departmental probe was also ordered against the duo in April when there was an acute shortage of Remdesivir injections.
