Access to Jazzy B’s account restricted
Twitter has blocked local access to accounts of Canadian Punjabi singer Jazzy B and three others in response to a request from the government on Sunday under the Information Technology (IT) Act, according to the Lumen database that collects complaints and requests for removal of online material. The accounts have been geo-restricted -they can be accessed outside India. While it was not immediately clear why the action was taken, the accounts have recently tweeted in support of farmers protesting against the farms laws.
