International Level Crossing Awareness Day observed
LUCKNOW: : North Eastern Railways (NER) held awareness programmes to mark International Level Crossing Awareness Day on Thursday. The programmes were led by senior railway officials at NER’s headquarters in Gorakhpur and also in other divisions including Lucknow, Izzatnagar and Varanasi. Officials not only made the masses aware of dos and don’ts at the level crossing but also distributed banners, pamphlets and other literature to people and addressed their queries on the subject, said Pankaj Singh, chief public relations officer (CPRO), NER.
