Prof Surya Kant honoured

LUCKNOW : Prof. Surya Kant, Head of Department of Respiratory Medicine at King George’s Medical University, was honoured by Dr R Sireesha, the Mayor of Tirupati Municipal Corporation and a gynaecologist, at the IMAAcademy of Specialties’ NATCON-2021 conference held recently. Dr Surya Kant and a team of other chest specialists from India published a white paper on the use of Ivermectin in Covid-19 patients, which was later recognized by the WHO and published on the WHO website, said a press statement.
